Job Description: Establishes goals of physical therapy and re-assesses patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited college of Physical Therapy. Master's required.

Certificates / Licenses:

- New Mexico PT License or eligible for licensure.
