Therapy Specialists has a full-time opening for a Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist in San Diego, California. We are looking for dynamic, skilled, team-oriented therapists who enjoy working with seniors and are dedicated to providing a fun and enjoyable therapy experience while delivering exceptional care in a collaborative atmosphere to ensure the best possible outcome!

Requirements

• Provide patient care, including: evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting patient and family education

• Responsible for written documentation including evaluations, daily notes, weekly summaries, discharge summaries, monthly reports as required to meet licensing, certification, regulatory and reimbursement requirements

• Provide case management and patient treatment that is outcome oriented, efficient, clinically competent and medically necessary

• Prepares and submits patient charges and therapy logs to provide appropriate billing information. Ensures that all patient charges are recorded accurately in patient billing and patient treatment records

• Direct and supervise the work of PT or OT assistants, rehab techs and students

• Support and participate in rehab department operations, programs and development
