Restore Health Group based in Atlanta, GA, is opening a Community Living Program Center for clients with head injuries. The new facility is scheduled to open in November 2006 and will be located in Ragland, AL out side of Birmingham.

We seek a Director of Residential Services to oversee and manage the center and the client's programs. The center provides long-term therapeutic living for clients with head injuries who currently require a supervised, structured environment as the least restrictive setting.

A Master's Degree is required in rehabilitation or a related field. We require a minimum of two years experience in a rehabilitation/behavioral management setting. Must have demonstrated abilities in interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Requires leadership skills and ability to fulfill the overall responsibilities, the management of the facility and it's personnel.

RHG will train the hired candidate in our Atlanta, GA facility. We offer a full complement of benefits after 60 days of employment. Salary is commensurate with experience. EOE.
