Community Relations Director

POSITION SUMMARY:
As our Community Relations Director, you will:
-Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
-Provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommend options and courses of action; implement directives.
-Develop marketing plans and programs for facility; directing promotional support.
-Maintain relations with residents by organizing and developing specific resident-relations programs
-Provide short-and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
-Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: At least 1 year experience. Candidates with marketing experience working at an assisted living facility are preferred, but it is not required.

Required Education: All applicants must have a college degree.
