-  Administrative Assistant/Financial Services Tech

 

Telecare, Los Angeles Service Area 4 is composed of two voluntary programs: an Assertive Community Treatment Program (ACT) and a Homeless Outreach Program (HOP). Both have the purpose of supporting members in the recovery of life roles and hope for a meaningful life. They use objective clinical information to work with members to develop choice-making skills that reduce harm, including clinical risks and increase personal strengths. Supports are provided when skills are not yet developed.

 

Telecare, Los Angeles Service Area 7 & 8 in the city of Norwalk specialize in working with adults, age 60 and older. It is designed to meet the special needs of older adults with serious mental illnesses. The majority of new program members will come from various long-term inpatient care facilities in Los Angeles County. This is the second of Telecare’s specialized community based programs adapted from PACT to address the older adult population.
