We are currently seeking a full-time Echo Vascular Coordinator



 



Job Responsibilities Include:

 

Supervises and monitors the Ultrasound department to assure that it effectively and efficiently provides quality studies that will aid in the treatment of Pima Heart patients. The chosen candidate will be responsible for Working with each Technologist to assure quality of studies, implementation of new policies, identification of needs and opportunities, and identification of problems and facilitation of solutions.  Identifies and responds appropriately to all complaints and takes effective corrective action. Solves problem areas and manages growth of department.

 Technologist responsibilities (maintains daily patient load) Approves time cards Actively participates in the recruiting process Scheduling responsibilities-coordinating coverage at each office and rural clinic sites Works closely with managers and physicians on clinical flow issues relating to techs Statistical information as needed ICAVL Accreditation-establishing regular meetings Monthly meetings with techs Machine/ Van maintenance Van maintenance

 

Minimum Requirements:Must be a Cardiac/Vascular Sonographer. * Registered Preferred or Registry eligibleAS/BS degree preferred Minimum of 2 years hands on experience in both Echo and Vascular Previous management experience preferred
