Director of Nursing - Senior Living

Responsible for clinical management of our facility, and working closely with the administratorto ensure best resident care.Manage the day-to-day operations of direct care, provide leadership, hire and train staff, perform assessments, coordinate service plans, assist with marketing efforts, communicate with physicians/residents/families, maintain regulatory compliance.

 

This position requires a person of integrity with an absolute commitment to resident care.Excellent people skills and ability to communicate effectively.  Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing strongly preferred.  Management experience and sense of humor a must.

 

Requires current RN or LVN licensure and a minimum of 3 years gerontological nursing/administration experience. Must be able to provide nursing services to the elderly while supervising a diverse staff.
