Pharmacy Tech

Job Description Provides quality Customer Service by effectively communicating with Customers to answer questions; locates merchandise; and provides requested assistance concerning the prices, services and basic information about Pharmacy-related items.
Processing customer purchases, including reading and visually verifying small print, including Customer identification, payment information, machine displays; using fine motor skills to grasp, turn, and manipulate small objects, making and counting change; and greeting and thanking Customers by name when ever possible;
Demonstrating knowledge of age restricted merchandise, including reading and visually verifying Customer identification documents’
Effectively resolving Customer concerns, including physically and visually locating merchandise for Customers and moving through assignd area, grasping, reaching, bending, or stooping, including narrow and confinded spaces;
Obtaining and demonstrating knowledge and appropriate use of merchandise within the Pharmacy, including OTC and prescription medications.
