Pharmacist - Clinical Coordinator

As the Clinical coordinator you will:
Coordinates overall management of pharmacy and hospital educational and traing programs. 
Establish and maintain informational resources.
 Develop, implement and evaluates programs for clinical services.
Acts as Liaison between department, physicians, nursing staff and clinical services professionals
Oversee Drug Use Evaluation program
Review, Update, and maintaion drug formulary
Maintain and ensure accountability for department quality assurance program
Perform Clinical management and patient care duties as required.
Perform special projects, additional tasks and duities as assigned

 

Requirements:
Pharm D
3-5 years clinical hospital experience

California licensure 

Previous Clinical Supervisory experience preferred but will consider candidate with demonstrated skills

Residency desirable
Able to communicate at all levels

Familiarity with computer assisted DBMS data evaluation, spreadsheets, and  word  processing
