As a Specialty Pharmacist, you will provide pharmaceutical and consultant services to the patients (pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric) serviced by our client. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Assure that all activities related to the provision of medications and supplies are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal pharmacy laws.

Assist in the supervision of pharmacy support personnel.

Evaluate patient records for drug interactions, adverse reactions, allergies, contraindicated duplicate drug therapies, and dosage evaluations.



Requirements

Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from as accredited college of pharmacy.

Current Wisconsin Pharmacist license, in good standing.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent work history and references.

Excellent communication, interactive, and interpersonal skills.

High degree of self-motivation with ability to adapt to new procedures.

Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and current automobile insurance, for travel requirements.
