Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center, located in the Boulder County community of Lafayette, opened in the fall of 2004 with144-beds and the potential to expand as the community grows. This new facility, with spacious private rooms and state-of-the-art equipment, will reflect our focus on healing. It offers breathtaking views, walking trails and natural building materials, as well as a central garden, soothing waterways and colorful flowers. Your Position

Provides shift leadership and serves as the shift clinical resource. Assistance with the management of staffing resources and patients. Works under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. Assist on the unit to coordinate patient care activities and maintain quality of care in accordance with unit policies and procedures. Supervises and/or provides direct patient care. Our Requirements
* BSN preferred
* Three years nursing experience
* 4 years ED experience preferred
* Two years leadership experience preferred
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
* Current license to practice nursing in Colorado
* Current BCLS certification
* ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit or service
