Provide scheduling support services. Coordinate and schedule outpatient, short stay, and inpatient appointments for ambulatory services/departments facilitating patient processing and care. Meet customer needs through effective communication, coordination, and documentation. Our Requirements

* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Working knowledge of all procedures normally scheduled in: Laboratory, Medical Imaging, G.I. Lab, EKG and EEG
* Three years previous experience as a medical office assistant or medical receptionist with medical imaging and lab procedure scheduling experience
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
* Two years computer experience with emphasis on word processing skills
