Key Responsibilities:Greet and screen customers, vendors, co-workers, and other guestsAssist guests with sign in process and notify host of the guest(s) arrivalOperate telephone system including screening and routing calls and using the paging systemSchedule conference rooms using Microsoft Outlook CalendarProvide A/P support including date-stamping and alphabetizing invoices, matching invoices with packing slips, and filing paid invoicesArrange luncheon meetings including placing meal orders, set up, and clean upSort and distribute mail and packagesRoute incoming faxesAssist with mailing and filing customer invoicesMaintain lobby areaSelect and arrange lobby floral arrangement on a weekly basisMaintain lunchroom and stock suppliesSort and file employee 401k statementsPrepare and process paperwork for new hiresSchedule interviews with candidates as requestedCreate flyers for internal job postingsAssist in the planning of company events including the summer picnic, winter holiday party, potlucks, etc.Provide additional administrative support as needed

OEM Manufacturing Capability

 

Stellartech’s main facilities of 63,000 square feet, located in Sunnyvale California, house its electronic manufacturing plant as well as the controlled environment for sterile disposable manufacturing. Manufacturing capabilities include all aspects of medical electronics assembly, final test, and servicing, as well as medical disposables assembly, testing, and packaging. The company is registered as a contract manufacturer with the United States FDA and holds a medical device manufacturing license with the State of California.

 

Stellartech maintains high quality standards and is IOS/EN13485 certified. Key capabilities include:

 

· Specification and purchasing of all components

· Full MRP system for scheduling and materials management

· Component level inspection as required, test, and packaging

· Controlled environment for manufacturing of catheters, surgical tools, and other sterile devices.
