Medical Management, Inc. (MedMan) has a fantastic opportunity for an administrator at Good Shepherd Medical Group in Hermiston. Good Shepherd Medical Group is a multi-specialty medical group organized as a wholly-owned department of Good Shepherd Healthcare System (GSHS), a 25-bed critical access hospital. The ten-provider group seeks a motivated person with excellent operations, interpersonal, and communication skills to lead the group through continuous improvement. Must be able to support the staff and facilitate success within the clinic, as well as nurture strong relationships with the hospital and the community.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field. 3+ years demonstrated healthcare management experience is desired, experience in rural health care preferred.
