Talecris Plasma Resources is proud to announce that due to growth initiatives through market expansion, we are now hiring for Plasma Regional Training Managers

Job Description:

· Plan, develop, coordinate and supervise programs for technical training at Talecris Plasma Resources owned and contract plasma centers to insure donor safety and plasma quality

· Develop technical employee training for all facets of the plasmapheresis procedure

· Develop training and implementation program for the Talecris Plasma Operations Technical Training

· Develop general management training for all facets of the plasma center operation (employee safety, etc.)

· Provide or coordinate technical employee training when required or requested by plasma center management

· Coordinate the updating of Plasma Operations Training Manual

· Evaluate training and technical skills of plasma center management and staff by review of corporate and regulatory audit reports

· Assess, plan, coordinate and supervise training sessions at Talecris owned and contract plasma centers that use the Talecris Plasmapheresis Manual

· Coordinate and perform follow-up training at newly acquired or contracted plasma centers

· Provide back-up for the Talecris plasma center employee safety awareness program

Job Requirements:

· Requires a B.S. or B.A. in biological science, business or business management or the equivalent in experience with a minimum of five years of training program development and implementation

· 3-5 years of plasma center or blood bank or equivalent experience

· Must possess the ability to develop and coordinate the development of training materials and programs for general training (donor recruitment, management, etc.)and specific technical training (plasma collection, GMP, computer records systems, etc.) on an ongoing basis

· Ability to assess training needs

· Good presentation skills are required

· Computer literacy and personal computers skills are a MUST. Newer systems in this business will require this knowledge
