Nursing Home Administrator

To lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents/patients while achieving the facility's business objectives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Licensed Administrator and currently licensed by the State.• Completion of Bachelors Degree or appropriate education to meet State licensure requirements, and at a level necessary to accomplish the job.



• Completion of a Beverly EDIT Program and/or prior experience as an Executive Director.



• Must have ability to complete multiple projects.



• Capable of working with minimal supervision.



• Must possess basic computer skills, including e-mail use.



• Must be able to travel, including overnight stays.



• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other associates at all levels.



• Experience in performance management and effective leadership.



• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.



• Must meet all local health regulations, and pass post-employment physical exam if required. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.



• Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
