Upscale Assisted Living Community in Silicon Valley is seeking a high energy, self-motivated Executive Director to manage the daily operations for our San Jose, CA location. Join an organization that is setting new standards in Senior Living.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and support an outstanding team of professionals through team based culture
• Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
• Work with management team and staff to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction
• Support sales initiatives by assisting in sales activities and community outreach. Network with local groups to generate community awareness for Belmont Village.
• Assist in developing and achieving the Community's operating budget
• Maintain corporate culture by promoting the Belmont Way
• Update product knowledge and industry trends to keep your Community in the main stream regarding services, amenities, and competition.
• Maintain regulatory compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
• A team building go-getter with a passion for seniors
• Minimum of 5-years of increasingly responsible operations management experience, including budgetary responsibilities
• Proven multi-task ability
• Experience in Assisted Living, Home Health or Long Term Care environment
