We are seeking:

 

Director of Dietary

The Director of Dietary plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall operations of dietary services to ensure daily provision of quality nutritional services in accordance with all laws, regulations and LCC standards. Reports to Executive Director.

 

•Graduate of CDM or ADA-approved course in food services.

* CRPP preferred

* Knowledge of PPS, CMS

•One year in hospital or long-term care food service.

•Minimum two years’ supervisory experience.

•Must be knowledgeable of dietary practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions in the long-term care facility.

•Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel.

•Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the dietary department.
