Those that come to a place called Bethel, Alaska will also serve over 58 villages that span a territory the size of Oregon. Many of these villages still do not have running water. Fair Compensation
Compensation for your profession is market competitive. Benefits are excellent with extremely low co-pays for full health insurance. A single person pays just $10 bi-weekly, a family $30 bi-weekly. The retirement plan is also very good with a matching program in addition to a generous amount put in your retirement for each and every employee.
