Our Place This position is located at Exempla Lutheran Medical Center at 8300 W 38th Ave. Wheat Ridge, CO.

Hours: 12 hour shifts (7p-7a), Nights and Weekends on-call.

Your Position

Services to meet the spiritual needs and interests of residents, staff and families/ significant others. Works as a partner with the staff to contribute to the multidisciplinary approach to patient/ resident care planning, with focused contribution to spiritual contribution to spiritual assessment and interventions. Provides professional, spiritual/bereavement/emotional care through effective assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. Meets and assesses the spiritual, bereavement and emotional needs of the patient, family and multidisciplinary through effective counseling, communications, coordination and documentation. Our Requirements

* Masters of Divinity or related degree.
* Two Basic Units in Clinical Pastoral Education
