Supervisor Data Integrity

Description: This position supervises the team and provides direction/coordination of production activities associated with the appropriate application, dimension or client. Leads continual process improvement and quality improvement initiatives. Provides leadership, mentoring and consultative support to all team members. Develops and implements performance measurement tools for monitoring staff.

Provides leadership to team
Initiates and/or participates in special projects
Supervises analysis, user acceptance testing and other analytical tasks
Performs Analysis/Research on applications;
Supervises routine and non-routine data and process analysis;
Approves recommended changes
Coordinates training and approves documentation
Approves data classification
Supervises quality control

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience
1-3 years supervisory experience is required. Direct involvement with healthcare data in previous positions preferred.

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: (First list requirements, followed by preferences.)
Practitioner, Pharmacy, hospital, industry knowledge and/or prescriptions claims knowledge preferred
Healthcare industry knowledge
Microsoft Office, mainframe and/or open systems applications
