Sr. Customer Care Representative

MedQuist Inc., the premier supplier of dictation, transcription, speech recognition and coding products and services, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Care Representative to join our Team.

 

 



Job responsibilities include:

· Responsible for the daily review/processing of radiology/HIM report corrections and edits. 

· Act as the liaison for departmental staff and MedQuist regarding recurring/unresolved issues and provide feedback. 

· Process all corrections and edits for the Radiology/HIM department upon receipt.

· Create error worksheet of recurring problems that will be distributed to Production/QA teams for further resolution

· Completion of Bone Density reports by adding in the chart and values provided by the hospital Liaison with hospital personnel and inform Radiology Account Manager/Customer Care Manager of any issues that need be addressed. 

 

Requirements:

· Experience in transcription through work and education is desired.

· Minimum 2 to 5 years office clerical experience in a hospital environment/healthcare setting with increasing responsibilities.

·  Ability to work without supervision

· Knowledge of HIS/RIS system and radiology transcription experience is preferred
