HEALTHCARE IT SALES MANAGER--ARIZONA—GROUND FLOOR OPPORTUNITY!!

 

Unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a six year old, privately-held, PROFITABLE, healthcare information technology company selling a solution to hospitals that has been designated as a “best practice solution” for two years in a row by the Healthcare Advisory Board.  This position, which is titled General Manager, has been newly created in response to the company’s rapid growth and increased demand for its product. Some of the country’s most prestigious hospitals, health systems, and Integrated Delivery Networks have already implemented this company’s solution which is geared toward reducing patients’ length of stay in the hospital, accelerating the discharge planning process, and ultimately saving the hospital money.

 

 

As General Manager, you would be responsible for new sales, marketing, and business development activities with a focus on hospitals throughout Arizona. In addition, you would have responsibility for rolling out new product functionality with existing clients. The position provides a base salary of $80,000 plus commissions, STOCK OPTIONS, and a comprehensive package of benefits.  Total compensation at plan should be about $150,000 with the opportunity to earn more.  The Manager will work out of a virtual office in the home and must live in Arizona near a major airport. To be considered, candidates must have:

 

At least five years of experience selling healthcare IT solutions to C-level executives in HOSPITALS

 

A proven ability to manage complex and complicated deals

 

Major Account and territory management experience

 

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
