ACCOUNT SERVICES MANAGER OUTSTANDING COMPANY AND OPPORTUNITY

Job Description:
Provide account management and customer support to various clients of pathology laboratory group. Responsibilities include:
Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to “Add Value” resulting in increased sales and service to clients.
Executes sales and retention (referrals) performance plans to enhance the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
Evaluates client sites and prepares service strategies and programs to improve RCP (productivity, revenue, and costs).
Executes implementation of technology solutions at client sites, appropriately involving internal and external resources as needed.
Advises Client Services Team and Sales on any relevant client or market concerns.
Performs a variety of tasks. Works under self-directed or limited supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

 

Requirements:

Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and multi-task capability.

Professional mature demeanor, a minimum of an associate's degree or its equivalent, and previous experience of 1-4 years of effective sales, customer service and/or marketing experience is required.

Ideal candidate has worked in insurance, B2B or healthcare customer service or clinical education.

Territory: AZ, NM & NV  Travel: 30-40%
