Innovative Physician housecall practice is seeking an office-based Clinical Coordinator / Triage Nurse.



Job Description:



The Clinical Coordinator / LVN is responsible for establishing, coordinating and maintaining all communication with physicians, mid-level practitioners and patients in the field. This position is also responsible for coordination of referrals for lab, x-rays and ancillary services. Excellent salary and benefits.



Required Skills:



Current and unencumbered state license to practice as a nurse
Competent organizational skills
Ability to handle stressful situations/deadlines
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare delivery team
Forecast needs; set priorities
Computer proficiency
Bi-lingual Spanish/English would be a plus
