Practice Manager

Manages the day-to-day operational aspects of the practice and the staff. Manages and supervises day-to-day office activities including but not limited to: controlling direct practice expenses with purchasing, staffing, workload assignment decisions, and facility operating costs. Coordinates with the Practice Director the practice's capital and operating budgets. Maximizes revenue and profitability. Ensures proper cash control and security systems are in pace and functioning properly, including adherence to cash control policies, security, and equipment. Assists Director in the development of staffing plans. Coordinates and oversees recruitment for practice support staff positions. Develops cohesive and unified teams through education, training and development of all coworkers and effective communication. Anticipates the needs of the practice. Responds to requests for all kinds of information. Ensures the needs of the practice are met and/or follow-up occurs. Requires: High School or equivalent and 3-4 years supervisory experience in medical practice
