Client Service Specialist - Medical Staffing / Scheduling
NurseCore, a national provider of medical staffing and home care services, is currently seeking a Client Service Specialist for our Tucson Office. Work in a fast-paced, fun, positive and team-oriented environment! We are expanding our staffing services and we are looking to find a star performer who will help us to grow in the Valley.
Responsibilities:Booking and staffing shifts with field medical staffProcessing applications including obtaining references, interviewing, and administering skill assessmentsAggressive recruiting of field employeesOutgoing sales/service calls to facilitiesObtaining and documenting availability from field employeesOutgoing attitude and desire to succeed a must!
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service oriented capacity, good interpersonal skills, minimum HS/GED diploma; good organizational and computer skills. Staffing and/or medical scheduling experience a ++! The successful candidate will have a solid work history with evidence of success and growth.
