Central Business Office Manager

Noland Health Services, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to identifying and meeting the health needs of the people and communities it serves by providing high quality health and educational services in a compassionate, efficient, and effective manner. The organization is a pioneer in establishing special services and programs to meet the needs of the elderly and other unique patient populations. Noland Health Services has locations throughout Alabama.

 

Assists the Director of Central Business Office in the training, recruitment, and ongoing education of Central Business Office (CBO) and facility staff in the performance of their essential job functions.  Serves in the capacity of CBO and facility billing staff when positions are vacant.

 

Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in healthcare accounts receivable billing and collections with a minimum of two (2) years experience in Skilled Nursing Facility billing and reimbursement required.  Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience required.  Must possess a working knowledge of the current coverage allowances of Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross, and other major third party payors.  High school diploma or equivalent required.  College level business courses preferred.
