Business Analyst
Business Analyst
Ideal candidate will address process improvement, as well as analyze data and create executive summaries which detail your information. This is a challenging and highly visible role that offers lots of variety and an exciting working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in process-improvement and/or project environments, be eager and willing to learn new processes and function successfully both independently and as an integral part of a team environment.
Primary Responsibilities include:
-Analyzing business requirements and model processes as well as data/system requirements
-Developing and implementing new business processes/strategies
-Leading projects and sub-projects
-Troubleshooting JD Edwards support issues and implementing appropriate technical solutions
-Training and assisting users in the application, maintenance, troubleshooting and development of the distribution processes
-Problem analysis and resolution
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree (Preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Accounting) or equivalent education and experience.
-Minimum of 3 years progressive work experience within a manufacturing/distribution environment with specific focus/experience in analysis, design, development and problem solving.
-Effective time management skills.
-Understanding and experience with either Lean or Six Sigma;PMP methodologies desired.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong Access and Excel for project tracking
-Experience with JD Edwards required.
