Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities:

The Logistician will be responsible for monitoring and managing the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) program for the SPO.
Responsible for the Logistical support of the new Radar System Improvement Program (RSIP) contract.
Responsible for the Post Delivery Support (PDS) of the current Contract.
Conduct meetings and provide briefings to the Japanese Air Self Defense Force (JASDF) in country on the status of the E-767 Logistics program

Requirements:
BA/BS degree
Minimum of 8 years experience in the government industry, four of those years must be directly related to the required area of expertise.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability in the development and acquisition of technical documentation, spares, support equipment, training, hardware and software maintenance and overall logistics planning.
Knowledge of DoD supply support, physical distribution/transportation and computer resources support, and evolving and establishing maintenance/support concepts and processes.
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of reliability, maintainability and availability.
Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance.
Seven years of acquisition experience (including four years of acquisition logistical support).
Minimum Security Clearance Requirement: Secret (S)
