Senior Financial Analyst

Mercer Transitions (sister company of Mercer Advisors, a national company providing a wide range of financial and practice management services to the dental community) is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Scottsdale, AZ  team in providing comprehensive business valuation and financial analysis to their dental clients.

Mercer Transitions identifies and manages transition risks and gives dental practices the tools, insights and context to support a successful value transition. We provide the full range of consulting services for doctors selling, merging or reorganizing their practices.

Our financial plans and valuations include:

o In-depth analysis of the practice.
o Review of historical financial results.
o Projections of various transition scenarios that show exactly how a transition will be structured to meet particular goals
o The estimate of the fair market value of a dental practice.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

o 5 years experience in professional financial analysis.
o Proficiency in Excel.
o Excellent communication and analytical skills.
o The ability to work well within a team environment.
o Strong Client relationship skills; and
o CFA, CPA or MBA desired.
