Position Description:

Responsible for performing analytics on the long-term care in-force products. Primary responsibilities include: (1) development of strategies to drive increased profitability along with more efficient use of capital, resulting in ROE improvement; (2) monitoring and understanding product experience, claim curves, income and balance sheet projections and ROE patterns; (3) support capital markets and reinsurance strategies; and (4) development of Risk leading indicators and creation of dashboards and metrics to be presented to LTC senior leadership.

Basic Candidate Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in finance or mathematics
Prior work experience in Finance, Risk, or Actuarial
Problem solving and analytical skills
Strong presentation and communication skills

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
Actuarial Training/Professional Certification (ASA/FSA)
