Receptionist

This individual will be the building receptionist and a part of the Office Services team. Primary responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, supporting the Facilities help desk operations, Office Services vendor invoice processing and tracking, as well as department supply inventory and ordering. Additional responsibilities are varied and may include site floorplan maintenance and parking administration support. This associate will also be cross-trained to provide backup coverage for other Office Services functions. Telephone switchboard operation is excluded from this role.

Qualifications

Previous work experience in a professional environment

Excellent communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Good organizational skills and flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail, initiative and team oriented attitude

Good judgement

Intermediate computer skills

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

MS Excel and Word experience desired
