Job Description:

Description:
1. Review Applications in accordance with requested procedures and ECOA regulations.
2. Detect early fraud characteristics on applications.
3. Detect inconsistencies with applicants supplied information.
4. Verfiy addresses of applicants with variations.
5. Initiate additional investigation to complete and/or clarify required information in order to decision applications.
6. Evaluate applicants credit bureaus and investigative information obtained.
7. Send declined applicant letter of decline stating reason.
8. Refer applications for approval that are outside established point score guidelines.
9. Perform backup for Applications Review, Limit Increase and/or Voice Authorization if appropriate.
10. Adhere to company policy and procedure
SKILLS
Required:
1. Must have excellent communication skills.
2. Good organizational skills and be detail oriented.
3. Excellent analytical skills.
4. Scheduling flexibility to meet business needs.
5. Must be high school graduate or GED equivalent
6. Previous customer service experience required.
7. Experience with credit or banking preferred.
8. Prior credit analyst experience preferred
