Mgr-Finance
This position will be responsible for providing financial analysis, thought leadership, and decision support on a variety of procurement initiatives including investments, strategic projects, new business development, vendor contract negotiations, vendor financial health analysis and/or compliance initiatives. Prepare and present analysis to senior leaders within GP and BU's on a global basis.
- Strong financial analysis and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and form a strategy to support negotiations for deals with suppliers.
- Must be able to translate strategic ideas into actionable analysis.
- 3+ years of experience developing CBA's, NPV, discounted cash flows and other financial analysis.
- Strong ability to collaborate with and influence others.
- Self-starter with excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Good project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and handle deadlines.
- Knowledge of AXP financial processes is a plus.
- MBA preferred
