Successful candidates for this position must posses an ambitious, assertive, yet self-disciplined attitude, be able to demonstrate a pattern of success and have earned a degree from a 4-year college or university. Individuals considering this career should be energetic, mature and have the ability to listen and follow directions.

Supported by your team mentor and in-house product coordinator and marketing director, you will embark on an exciting marketing and sales career in the field of financial services. You will be trained on a comprehensive portfolio of products and services, professional marketing techniques and have the opportunity to gain industry designations such as the LUCTF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) and the CLTC (Certified in Long Term Care) within your first year at MetLife.
