Customer Service Manager

Primary responsibilities of this role are managing the customer service business unit and the performance of individuals within this unit including coaching, developing, evaluating the performance of a team of 6-7 supervisors, and identifying, responding to and resolving associate relations issues and trends. Responsibilities include managing the customer service function, including creating business service function, including creating business plans for new and/or revised business activities, monitoring staffing levels, and forecasting resource needs. Candidate will also work closely with other customer service managers to identify/implement process changes, improvements and efficiencies, and ensure solid business practices.

Qualifications

Seasoned manager with at least 5 to 8 years of hands-on supervisory experience.

Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are critical.

Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, analytical, have strong prioritization/time managment skills, and be able to work closely with others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
