Customer Service - Exceptions Area

Perform daily customer service to internal and extenal customers

to resolve payment issues.

 

Key Output / Deliverables:

 

1. Service vendor & internal customer inquires

2. Document all customer inquiries via tools supplied by MeadWestvaco.

3. Perform appropriate follow-up on dissatisfied customer calls.

4. Root analysis and problem resolution to eliminate future calls

5. Handle Returned checks

6. Process CCD Vendor change requests 

7. Support Manager with administrative tasks

 

 

Education:

 
Associates Degree in business, accounting or related field desired, but not required.

 

 

Experience:  

 
1 - 3 years Accounts Payable & phone based customer service center experience
1 to 3 years SAP
