Assistant Operations Manager-Industry Powerhouse!

Major Duties and Functions Include:
Supervises the office operations for a smaller agency.
Assists management with developing systems and processes to streamline operations.
Manages daily workflow and operations and establishes office procedures.
Prepares and analyzes productivity reports; completes and follows up on compensation adjustments and setbacks.
Implements training for office staff and sales producers.
Oversees the implementation and administration of the recognition program.
May manage, perform and/or back up the job duties for junior staff members.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Full people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, promotions, performance and compensation management, and training and development. What You Need to Succeed:


High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
3-5 yrs. insurance or financial services industry experience.
1+ year(s) of supervisory or management experience.
Current NASD Series 7 license required.
Current NASD Series 24 license preferred.
