Infront is looking for an Account Relationship Manager (ARM) to be the first person in contact with our small business customers, bankers and lenders, and manage those relationships throughout the financing process.

 

Hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Starting wages are $10-12 per hour depending on experience. InFront Finance is seeking 1 full time employee or 2 part time employees. The full time employee’s hours of operation will be 8:00am to 5:00pm. The part time employee’s hours of operation will be from 8:00am to 12:00pm or from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.

 

Duties Include:

 

- Pre-Qualifying clients and recommending the right loan programs for their needs

- Following up with banks daily to get status updates on our clients’ loans

- Updating clients daily on the status of their loans

- Assisting clients in completing applications and meeting lender conditions.

- Establishing relationships with new banks and developing referral relationships.

- Collecting fees from clients for services rendered.

- Answering phone calls, making copies, faxing documents, filing, typing emails/articles and other administrative tasks as directed by management.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to type and operate computers, phones and other communications and office equipment

 

Communication: Strong voice clarity Demonstrated speaking skills on phone Demonstrated speaking skills in person Listening skills Writing and record-keeping skills Basic internet navigation Proficient in MS Office applications

 

Customer Service: Demonstrated client ownership orientation Demonstrated mature interpersonal skills Inclination for judgment and decision in favor of both client needs and company objectives.

 

Professional Qualities: Manages time, responsibilities and goals effectively Works efficiently with minimal supervision Works effectively as part of a team, following the requests of supervisors and management Can assume control and solve problems intelligently

 

Education: HS Diploma or equivalent

 

Desired Qualities: Experience working in a office environment, preferably in banking, financial services or similar industries Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor A self-starter, able to run and grow the position without constant management feedback
