Statistician

Role: The National Customer Satisfaction & Quality team is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented Statistician to identify areas of opportunity for increasing customer satisfaction and establishing competitive differentiation.



Responsibilities:

Determine statistically significant data patterns and trends and isolate measurements that have no statistical validity Aid National Customer Satisfaction & Quality Analysts in identification of opportunities to increase customer satisfaction Create clear, concise documentation including graphs, tables and high-level summarization to support business cases and strategic recommendations Work on projects that typically involve data access, data mining, data modeling, synthesis and interpretation/presentation of business implications Promote customer advocacy across organization



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong commitment to providing exceptional service Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must work well in a team-oriented environment High level of flexibility and creativity; open to new ideas and feedback Strong reporting and analytical skills Experience with analysis and documentation Proficient at using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access to pull and integrate data from multiple sources Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings Knowledge of customer service business functions and methodologies (preferably in Wireless)



Experience and/or Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 - 5 years of related experience Statistical modeling and analysis experience is required. Excellent attendance record and performance record Flexibility in scheduling
