We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant in our home office committed to high standards and high performance for our clients.

 

Staff Accountant

The Job

As the Staff Accountant, you will prepare Electronic Funds Transfers to clients and vendors using Online Banking ACH Program, maintain records of Deposits and Disbursements for CCA’s Bank Accounts and aide in the reconciliation of Bank Accounts. Will also prepare Debtor refund checks, perform daily updating of all bank account activity, reconcile the cash log on a daily basis and perform account analysis on selected accounts. Prepare journal entries as assigned.

 

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting

·  2-3 years of accounting related work experience

·  Strong attention to detail

·  Strong analytical skills

·  Good communication skills and desire to succeed

·  Good work ethic

·  Working knowledge of  balance sheet analysis, general ledger analysis, financial reporting systems, reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting

·  Proficient in Excel/Word

·  SAP and Great Plains experience a plus
