Senior Financial Analyst - Finance UR

Responsible for forecast and analysis manufacturing costs in the Cultured Cheese Network across 4 Cheese plants . Monitor and control daily financial processes, monthly variation analysis and periodic forecasts. Lead standard cost model building withing the network. Financially support the BULs in network.

Responsible for forecast and analysis of manufacturing costs for the network and communication of results by category. Lead annual OB standard setting process. Lead productivity generation and pipeline analysis. Review of capital projects within network, assisting in project writeups. Support new product commercialization. Reports directly to Network Finance Manager, has responsibility for consolidation of all plants in network.

BS in Accounting/Finance required.
3+ years experience in Finance/Accounting required
2+ years experience in Manufactruing Finance at a plant level required.
Willingness to travel up to 10% required.
Superior influence and communication skills required.
Proactive, strong executional skills required.
Strong cost accounting background required.
Strong systems skills (Prism/ Excel)desired.
Control oriented background also desired.
