Senior Credit Officer

Great opportunity with strong East Valley financial organization! This position is responsible for performing the following: financial and industry analysis resulting in the development of appropriate financing rationale and risk assessment on highly structured term loan and lease transactions varying in size from $1 million to $100 million; preparing clear, concise, and detailed underwriting memorandums; and provide resource assistance to the funding department and legal counsel as needed, so that credit issue are properly addressed in final documentation. Position is accountable to the Credit Manager for ensuring that appropriate credit standards are utilized for each transaction.
