SYSTEMS/FINANCIAL ANALYST

CHW is seeking a Systems/Financial Analyst. Will be responsible for creating, interpreting and analyzing PFS reports and offering systems support to the PFS staff. Will also create adhoc reports, Access databases and maintain the collector worklists through RPM. The PFS Systems/Financial Analyst interacts with customers and ensures value is delivered and customer satisfaction is achieved. Assists in the improvement of internal business processes and in meeting future PFS service needs.

Successful candidate will possess three years experience providing financial analysis and/or other analysis in support of senior leadership. Must have experience and knowledge of Patient Financial Services. Experience with Microsoft applications: Access, Excel and PowerPoint required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, health care administration, preferred. Working knowledge of the operational component of financial measures and financial performance and analysis in a complex organization, preferred. Knowledge of SMS, Document Direct, QMS, OLIE scripting, CSC Papers and SSI billing software preferred. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills are necessary to provide information to internal and external customers.
