SR. ANALYST, SALES
This Senior Business Analyst position is responsible for providing sales compensation reporting and analysis support to the Sales, Human Resources, and Finance teams. This position requires the ability to build a strong working relationship and interact frequently with Senior Management to ensure continually improving level of efficiency and timely, accurate analysis.
Responsibilities include:
Administration of sales compensation plans and complete understanding of the various plans and all applicable calculations.
Maintain and validate data integrity within the commission calculation database, and initiate and maintain all necessary process documentations.
Fullfill sales, finance, and human resources sales compensation analysis and reporting requirements, including commission plan modeling.
Understand all standardized reporting procedures, and utilize them to deliver accurate reports and analysis.
Assist in management and implementation of new sales tools.
Develop sales compensation plan proposals and model plan changes and SPIFFs to quantify financial and systems impact.
Work directly with business units to drive efficiency and accuracy through process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years sales compensation plan administration and commission calculation experience.
Compensation or Financial Modeling and Analysis experience.
Strong math, analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to mange projects effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Minimum of three years experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Excel, and Powerpoint).
Strong working knowledge of ACCESS.
Must be able to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data.
Sales force automation experience.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Highly developed decision-making and leadership skills.
