Reporting Analyst

Develop and/or produce region-wide billing system reports and analyses to track key operational performance indicators.

Develop, maintain, and enhance timely reporting and analytical tools that support senior and frontline management in the decision making process.

Create and facilitate ad-hoc reporting and recurring billing system reports to evaluate operational initiatives.

Partner and cross-train area and system employees to ensure that reporting methodologies, applications, and tools are consistent and to ensure minimal down time due to resource issues.

Utilize skills in MS Access, forest and trees, and other applications to actively contribute to solutions.

Partner with Billing Operations Manager on required projects.

Other duties as assigned (including, but not limited to modem/converter reconciliations, forecasts, etc.



Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications
4-year college degree or equivalent experience in analytical position

2-4 years experience in data analysis and reporting.

Demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications with the ability to extract and consolidate data from multiple sources.

Prior cable experience in customer service or field operations

Established organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of employees and management across a variety of disciplines

Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, and Vantage reports.
