Immediate Need for Project Coordinator in Redmond ' Long Term Contract

A world expert in Energy Automation and Information is seeking a qualified and professional Project Coordinator to support a variety of financial and administrative projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
' Manage and track the weekly labor status budget
' Perform financial analysis and provide input for corporate training
' Track and monitor project schedules and activities
' Report projects' labor budgets report to Finance department
' Schedule travel arrangements, meetings, conference rooms, etc.
' Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
' Requires 1-3 years directly related experience
' Proven understanding of accounting/financial principles
' Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications and SAP. MS Project experience is a plus.
' Experience creating spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes
' Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
' Ability to write professional reports, procedures and presentations
