Overview
Oracle Financing Division’s (OFD) Inside Sales position is responsible for executing OFD’s initiatives for the Oracle Direct and North American Sales teams. The individual will be responsible for marketing and positioning OFD’s payment solutions to our sales force and customers. The individual will originate, price, structure, and close financing and leasing transactions for OFD’s small ticket program. The individual needs to effectively manage their assigned territory, become proficient in leveraging OFD’s programmatic approach to Oracle’s small ticket deals, and increase OFD’s penetration in the Oracle Direct market space. The role includes telephone, face to face and presentation communication of OFD’s solutions to our assigned offices.
Responsibilities:Market and sell OFD payment solutions and services to assigned territory.Manage and close financing and leasing transactions.Integrate with Oracle Direct’s sales model.Provide sales support to outside sales. Build relationships with OFD customer base and new customers. Conduct follow-up correspondence. Collaborate with OFD marketing in the planning and execution of marketing campaign(s). Build and maintain database of target companies and contacts. Network with internal personnel responsible for "deal pipeline" processes. Participate in knowledge transfer process for information sharing and sales successes. Communicate knowledge and awareness of market in support of OFD sales and marketing initiatives. Meet volume and license penetration goals as assigned.Qualifications2 years successful inside or direct sales role with experience in building internal and external relationshipsBachelor's degree or related business experienceDemonstrated background in leasing or finance Knowledge of leasing products and pricing structures Proven experience working in a team setting Knowledge of the technology industry Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Ability to work independently High energy Goal-oriented
