Job Title:  Hyperion Administrator/Reporting Analyst

 

Position Summary:  Manages the worldwide Hyperion Budgeting System.  Consolidates the worldwide budget and monthly submissions to Corporate.  Prepares/maintains all management reporting and performs special ad hoc analysis for quarterly Board Meetings.

 

Position Responsibilities:

·  Maintains the Hyperion Web Based Budget System including but not limited to:  setting up new users, end user training, development and maintenance of reports, loading actual financial information, adding accounts and departments, changing web forms, developing and running business rules, managing version updates, etc.

·  Responsible for managing the worldwide headcount in the Hyperion system (e.g., set up new hires, terminations, raises, fringe rates, department transfers, cross charging, etc.).

·  Manages all Security within the Hyperion System.

·  Consolidates the worldwide forecast and budget from the submissions of the financial analysts in the field.

·  Assists in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting.

·  Performs ad hoc analysis projects as needed.

·  Requires a very proactive individual with a take charge sense of ownership.

·  Meticulous attention to detail is required.

 

Scope/Level of Decision Making:  Operates with very little supervision and with very wide latitude for independent action. Applies a management level of expertise in financial systems and financial analysis.  The work performed will have a significant impact on the company's success and profitability.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:  Requires a minimum of a BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems and related work experience for 6+ years in a similar role.
